Requirements & Expectations

We want dependable, detail-oriented people who care about doing things right. You'll be representing the NECC+ standard of professionalism in every home and workspace.

You'll Need:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Background check clearance
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or related fields preferred but not required
  • Smartphone with internet access (for job updates & confirmations)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the NECC+ admin
  • Punctuality and accountability

EICS are independent contractors — responsible for their own cleaning supplies. NECC+ provides guidance, job coordination, and quality standards.

How does payment work?

EICS partners earn up to 70% per job depending on the service type and quality rating. Payments are processed weekly via direct deposit after job verification.

Is this a full-time or part-time role?

You decide. Many of our Specialists work part-time for flexibility, while others take on multiple bookings weekly. You control your schedule and workload.

What areas do you currently serve?

NECC+ currently serves clients across Alpharetta / Sandy Springs / Dunwoody / Roswell / Suwanee / Lawrenceville / Milton / Cumming / Chamblee / Norcross / Peachtree Corners / Vinings / Marietta / Woodstock / Brookhaven. We match specialists to jobs within reasonable driving distance based on your location.

How soon can I start after applying?

Once your application is reviewed and you’ve completed onboarding, you can typically start accepting jobs within 5–10 business days.

Who do I contact if I have questions or issues on the job?

You’ll have direct communication with NECC+’s Administrative Coordinator via text or phone for scheduling, support, or client issues.
