Requirements & Expectations
We want dependable, detail-oriented people who care about doing things right. You'll be representing the NECC+ standard of professionalism in every home and workspace.
You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Background check clearance
- Access to reliable transportation
- Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or related fields preferred but not required
- Smartphone with internet access (for job updates & confirmations)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the NECC+ admin
- Punctuality and accountability
Please Note:
EICS are independent contractors — responsible for their own cleaning supplies. NECC+ provides guidance, job coordination, and quality standards.
Hiring Process
