Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No — you can provide secure entry instructions. All EIC+ Specialists are vetted and insured for you peace of mind. But you are highly encouraged to be home during the service time and we recommend removing or securing valuables before the appointment.

How can I reschedule or cancel?

You can reschedule within 25 days of your first booking free of charge. After that period, standard fees apply as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How does payment work?

Your card is only pre-authorized until the cleaning is confirmed. You'll be charged once the job is completed and verified.
